PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

SHIPPING

Items will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
Shipping cost is not included in the price.
Shipping is done via Australia Post, standard within Australia, $8, and Airmail for international, $19. Please let us know if you prefer a different way.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the item(s), you can return it for a full refund less shipping cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). KYOKO OSATO is not responsible for the return shipping cost. The item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags still attached.

Any items that are faulty or are not as ordered must be notified within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). KYOKO OSATO is responsible for the return shipping cost. KYOKO OSATO will send you replacement item(s) at no charge after the return of faulty or incorrect item(s).
